Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders over $500 within the continental United States.
When placing an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via standard ground shipping.
The shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, contact support@firstlinemedica.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return.
We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement or refund.
