  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders received after 3 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times at checkout include:

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and delivery destination.

  • Orders over $500 may qualify for free standard shipping (excluding heavy or regulated items).

  • Expedited and overnight shipping will incur additional charges.


4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, certain medical products—such as needles, syringes, and controlled items—may have shipping restrictions:

  • We do not ship certain items to PO boxes or international destinations.

  • Orders containing restricted items may require additional verification, including a business license, DEA number, or proof of medical authorization.

  • We only ship within the United States at this time.


5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • FIRSTLINE MEDICA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Damaged or Missing Items
